Physical Items Policy: No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final — no returns or exchanges are accepted. Each item is made to order, and I take the time to answer any questions you may have before purchase. Please double-check item details and sizing before ordering!
If your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake with your order, you must contact me within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue. After that time, I won’t be able to accept any returns or exchanges.
*Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
*Items must be returned in original, unused condition.
*If not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

You may cancel your order for a full refund if:
-You cancel within 24 hours of purchase
-Or as long as I haven’t started making your item yet.
If your order has already been started or is ready to ship, a $5 cancellation fee will apply.
****Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once placed, as materials and time are reserved specifically for your request.

-$5 for weekday rush orders
-$10 for weekend rush orders
(Rush fees apply only if I have a full order queue or limited availability)
*Priority Shipping Required:
All last-minute requests must upgrade to USPS Priority Shipping, even if a rush fee is not applied.
If you do not upgrade your shipping, your order will be canceled and refunded.
